Though the device has several good features it lacks alarm function and also there are issues with its barometer.

It has a battery life of 6 days which is definitely a good feature. It includes an on-board heart rate monitor for 24/7 bpm data, VO2 Max testing, automatic exercise tracking, Garmin’s Move IQ software. Though this device lacks GPS technology, accelerometer-based run tracking makes up for the loss. Unlike other devices, it has swift and flexible music control. Apart from GPS, it also has fewer color options and the band is not interchangeable. Its price in the market is somewhat 14000 INR.


4. Fitbit Charge 2
It is the best wearable device to buy for your money. It has interchangeable bands with large display for at-a-glance information and it is very comfortable to wear. It gives consistent tracking and also has a heart rate monitoring system. Though this device is not waterproof it is compatible with windows along with iOS and Android. The cost of the device is around 15000 INR but its features are worth this money. It has a battery life of 5 days which is not bad at all. The only problem with this device is its GPS as it is available only through a smartphone. Also if notification mode is on it uses more battery power and hence requires more frequent charging.


5. Garmin Vivofit 3
It is water resistant, a very chunky design with 1 year of battery life. It is available in market at a starting price of 7000 INR. It also has a split screen mode but lacks phone notification. This device though has various fitness tracking features but lacks GPS and also heart monitoring system.

My verdict
Looking into account of these fitness tracking devices, according to working mode and technology used Fitbit charge 2 is the best-preferred device followed by Samsung gear fit-2, the third rank is backed by Moov now, at fourth and fifth are Garmin Vivo smart 3 and Garmin Vivo fit 3 respectively. If we look into features such as battery life and price of the devices the first rank is backed by Moov now, second by Garmin Vivo fit 3, third by Samsung gear fit 2, forth by Fitbit charge 2 and last by Garmin Vivo smart 3.
